As I write this, I hope that you, the reader, were able to share the experience of the extraordinary Gala Concert on World Hunger Day. It was a transformational event for The Hunger Project, the first of its kind in our history. We are no longer the best kept secret!
An event like this depends on the commitment of countless people, many of whom were volunteers. Our thanks go to everyone, performers, investors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, Trustees and all those who gave their time, their expertise, their skills, their dedication and their commitment to the end of hunger and poverty.
We took a risk and it paid off!
We have succeeded in putting The Hunger Project firmly on the map and created a springboard for future growth and continuing impact.
A deeply heartfelt thank you to you all for you partnership.
